Shipping Policy:

1. Due to courier complications, stock issues, adverse weather, or any unforeseen events, delivery may take longer than the mentioned deadline.

2. No courier service other than Steadfast will be used.

3. For express delivery, orders must be placed by 9:30 AM.

4. Orders placed by 9:00 PM will be included in the same-day parcel booking. Orders placed after 9:00 PM will be booked the next day.

5. No additional charge of 20 BDT per kg will be required.

6. Parcels must be collected within 3 days of dispatch. Unjustified returns will result in being listed as a fraud customer.

7. Advance bookings are not accepted.

8. Zadwah will not be held responsible for any misconduct by the delivery rider. However, if a complaint is received, we will inform the relevant authority.
